This allows lopardi to collect anonymous information from websites and mobile applications that lopardi does not own or operate. lopardi collects this information on behalf of its SaaS clients, as well as on its own behalf, for use within the lopardi Data Exchange (“LDX”). lopardi’s SaaS and LDX clients use this information to execute interest-based advertising and content personalization.
The data lopardi collects from third parties for use within the LDX is called “Third Party Data”. lopardi aggregates this data into audience segments associated with certain interests, behaviors, and attributes.
The lopardi Privacy Manager displays Third Party Data associated with the device viewing the Manager, as well as any devices that are connected to this device through Lopardi’s cross-device technology. Specifically, the lopardi Privacy Manager displays audience segments that show interests, behaviors, and attributes attributed to this particular device, as well as any connected devices. Please note you may see different segments displayed to you when viewing the Manager from a different browser, computer or device.

Additionally, lopardi provides you with the ability to opt-out of the collection and use of your information for interest-based advertising via all of lopardi’s Services. This means that lopardi, and any clients that utilize data collected by lopardi using a lopardi tag or similar technologies, will not have the right to use your data for online interest-based advertising purposes. lopardi and its clients may still collect and use data for other purposes, including analytics and research. Additionally, you will still receive online advertisements, but these advertisements may be less relevant to your interests.
